London-based Dark Social agency Frictionless launched its first football quiz on Friday to great success.
Frictionless, which is the only agency solely focussed on creating campaigns in messenger platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, said that the play-along rates and ‘stickiness’ of the content both exceeded expectations.
Co-founder Paul Hurley said ‘Football fans across Europe joined in what we believe to be a first live football quiz on WhatsApp.
We know from our previous campaigns that if the content is correct, users will respond positively, and this proved to be the case: over 90% of all questions were answered, and our surveys after the quiz showed that 80% of players considered it to be a very positive experience.’
